To register, just give us a call at 585.653.8746 or submit a short Groups Registration form and you have the opportunity to earn credit against the price of your cabin or earn CA$H according to the number of booked cabins in your group!  Just follow these 3 Easy Steps …

#1  Register as a group leader and book your cabin on the cruise.

#2  Contact your potential guests and have them call us at 585.653.8746.  We will process their reservations.  Make sure you get credit for the bookings by asking your guests to identify themselves as a member of your group when they call in or give us their names and we will be expecting their call.

#3  When you have accumulated 3 bookings in your group (in addition to your own), your earnings will start. Check out the compensation schedule below.

3 Important things to know:

#1  To earn credit, reservations must be made through Soul at Sea or by phone 585.653.8746.

#2   If a referral has sailed on an entertainment cruise within the last three years (or a member of another group), their reservation will not qualify for credit. However, even if the guest does not qualify, we can still book them into your group and have your dining room reservations linked so you may all dine together.

#3   Unlike traditional group programs, your earnings with Soul at Sea are not limited to just one production company; earn credit for ANY major production company’s entertainment cruise within the same year.

About compensation:

• If receiving a check; checks are mailed out in April, following the end of our cruise season in March.
• If you requested onboard credit paid to you, you will find it has been applied to your onboard account upon boarding the ship.
• If you requested onboard credit to your group members, each stateroom will receive an onboard credit to be divided equally among stateroom guests.
